No returns and/or refunds are available after purchase and receipt of a digital product. In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical format. The consumer gives his express prior agreement and waives his right of withdrawal.
Due to the nature of a digital product the cost of return is set to 0 as a digital product cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

We also remind you that no refund can be made for a product already received.
